Migrate revi.xyz to fastmail

Description

Currently in pobox.com — there's no easy migration path for pobox.com >> fastmail.com (IIRC from omglol chatroom), so manual migration is required.

Seems like the pobox.com became fastmail backend wrapper since the 2015 merger and there's no --force flag on their side;

The plan is now;

  1. mx swap to Cloudflare mail relay,
  2. Handle pobox removal,
  3. Add to fastmail domain (no mx swap yet),
  4. Do final mx swap.

Seems like Fastmail was able to handle it internally. Now considered done.
